I wanted to take a moment to share our preparation and response to the Coronavirus outbreak. We at Hogan take this outbreak very seriously but we are ready, willing and able to assist our client base.
First off, let me start by stating that the safety of our family, staff and our clients is our number one priority. Hogan has instituted a set of policies and procedures in direct response to COVID-19. We are taking any and all precautionary measures to make sure that we reduce the risk of spreading this disease.
Our service team at Hogan is available to support our client base, most of our support is done remotely through secure encrypted connections. In some cases, we still need to be on site. When we are onsite, our field technicians have been advised to make sure they are constantly disinfecting their environment, wearing protective gloves and using the proper cleaning methods on hardware and tools.
The office has also been instructed to be aware of any illnesses, many of my employees work remotely already if anyone is showing any signs or symptoms then they are instructed to stay home. We have prepared for this type of event; our entire team can work remotely, and we practice remote workforce every day.
Most of our client base is already configured to work remotely, we offer support to refresh our client's training and remote access.
I am so very thankful for your business and very thankful for my loyal, professional employees that make us the great team that we are today.
