Sean Hogan
President

Sean is the youngest sibling in a large Irish Catholic family. He is a passionate leader that enjoys engagement with clients. Outside of work Sean is an avid fly fisherman and lover of all things outdoors.

Todd Warren
Operations Manager

Todd is longest tenured employee at Hogan, he has dedicated over 30 years to the Team. Todd is a detail-oriented manager that does an amazing job allocating resources at Hogan. Todd enjoys travel and spending time in Maine with his family. Todd is also a local Fire Fighter; he puts out fires at work and in Palmer!

Voice Support

John is throwback to the days of PBX, back when you had to deal with more hardware and knew how to troubleshoot circuits. John has been with Hogan for 20 years. John is an outdoorsman, if you head out on the Quabbin in the springtime you may see him bouncing bottom for lake trout.

Autumn Leshinski
Project Manager

Autumn is the glue that binds our departments together. She is committed to customer advocacy and engagement with a focus on project management. She is a Zultys Ninja, excelling in programming and training. Autumn puts in the work at Hogan and at the gym, don’t challenge her in burpees!

Doug Stanard
Controller

Doug is the numbers guy. Doug is extremely organized and an excellent controller. Doug is the KPI person, the one we can count of to make sure that we are on track.

Earl Chagnon
IT Support Specialist

Earl is one of our IT staff that excels in field installation. Earl’s personality is outgoing and he is a very good communicator. When Earl isn’t rocking at Hogan he rocks on the weekends playing bass in a local band.

Kyle Partridge
IT Support Specialist

Kyle is an IT generalist (meant to be a complement) that excels in getting things done! Kyle is a pragmatic IT pro that can handle the most stressful situations easily. Kyle served his county in the Air Force and now he serves our clients.

Tad Puckett
IT Support Specialist

Tad is a highly organized IT professional. We appreciate Tad’s “matter of factness”, you know where is coming from and his transparency is refreshing. When Tad isn’t solving IT riddles you can find in on the side of a mountain or kayaking down the Connecticut river.

Marcos Garcia
Infrastructure Sales

Marcos has been with Hogan for over 30 years. He started off as a cabling apprentice, today Marcos is our primary estimator for our cabling department. Marcos loves to travel; he enjoys cruising with his wife and touring the world.

Yoni Benitez
Senior Infrastructure Technician

Yoni is Hogan’s lead infrastructure technician. Yoni is passionate about his work as a skilled cabling professional. There are no short cuts in Yonis work! Yonis enjoys time with his family and his church.

Marino Ramos
Infrastructure Technician

Marino is an infrastructure apprentice at Hogan. He has a great attitude and brings a smile to work every day.

Owen Pais
IT Technician

Owen has shot up our IT depth chart. Owen started Hogan as an IT Intern in his Junior year of high school. He is now in college pursuing his Computer Science major. Owen is an unbelievably good communicator; we call it his superpower. He is friendly and outgoing and has great deductive reasoning skills. Owen enjoys gaming and his family trips.
